  • All items on OffGamers are digital products – delivered instantly via email or shown directly in your account dashboard.
  • Most orders are delivered within 1–2 minutes after payment confirmation.
  • Occasionally, small verification delays may occur due to bank processing times or fraud prevention systems.
  • No physical delivery or shipping is required for digital goods.

📧 3. Order Confirmation Email

  • After successful payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your digital product or code link.
  • If you don’t see it, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
  • You can also access your digital products anytime from your OffGamers account dashboard.

⚠ 4. Common Order Issues

  • No email received: Please confirm your payment was successful and check Spam/Junk folders.
  • Pending payment: Your bank or Paysera may still be verifying your transaction. Allow 1–3 minutes.
  • Incorrect email: If you mistyped your email, contact support to manually resend your product code.

💸 5. Refunds for Failed Orders

  • If an order fails but payment was deducted, the system automatically reverses the transaction within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used during checkout.
  • Activated or revealed codes cannot be refunded (see Payments & Refunds Policy).
